Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a parking lot adjacent to the property.
Is the hotel sea-facing?
Some rooms offer a sea view. The beach is just 10 meters from the hotel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
We recommend arriving at the hotel starting from 10:00 AM. Parking and beach access will be assigned immediately, while rooms are available from 1:30 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Can I check in after 10:00 PM?
Yes, with prior notice. The hotel has a night porter to assist with late check-ins.
What are the reception hours?
Reception is open from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
Are pets allowed?
We are happy to welcome small and medium-sized pets.
What are the breakfast and dinner times?
Breakfast is served from 7:45 AM to 10:00 AM.
Dinner is at 7:30 PM sharp, as our dishes are freshly prepared using only fresh ingredients, with no precooked or reheated meals.
What if I have allergies or intolerances?
Please inform us at the time of booking. As we do not have a dedicated kitchen, we recommend speaking to the dining manager, who will find a suitable solution.
Can I reserve bicycles?
The hotel has six bicycles available. They can be reserved upon request based on availability at the reception.
Is a deposit charged when booking?
During booking, you will be prompted to enter your details. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with bank details, the deposit amount, and payment instructions. Please send a copy of the transfer to booking@hotelondina.com.
Can I cancel a reservation?
For direct bookings on our website: no penalty up to 8 days before arrival. From 7 days before to no-show: 30% charge.
Early departures: full stay charged.
Bookings made on Booking.com are subject to their policies.
What credit or debit cards are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted except American Express. Checks are not accepted.
Are there connecting rooms available?
No connecting rooms are available, but we have adjacent rooms.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, included in the room rate. The hotel uses home automation, so desired temperatures can be set remotely via the reception.
What facilities are available for guests with disabilities?
Accessibility is ensured throughout the hotel: from the bioclimatic terrace to the solarium, restaurant, and reception restrooms. A dedicated elevator and private access with a personal key are provided.
Two accessible rooms are available on request.
Is there parking for oversized vehicles (vans, pick-ups, etc.)?
Please inform us in advance. Reception will confirm availability based on space.
Are there amenities for infants under two?
Upon request, we provide travel cots and high chairs.
What about children aged two and up?
Safety bed rails are available for bunk or single beds and can also be fitted to double beds. Booster seats are provided in the dining area.
Do the rooms have smart automation systems?
Yes. To activate the air conditioning, all windows and the balcony/bathroom doors must be closed. Sensors detect openings and will prevent operation if any are open.
Is the hotel open 24/7?
Yes, the hotel doors and indoor bar are open 24/7.
Is the hotel equipped with an elevator?
The hotel is equipped with an elevator that ensures full accessibility, including for guests with disabilities.
Do all rooms have a balcony and bathroom window?
Yes, every room has a balcony and all bathrooms have a window.
